What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on full-size products within the United States.

  • USA: Free shipping via USPS. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after your order is fulfilled.

  • Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $20 USD. Delivery typically takes 7–9 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed, not at checkout.

What is the shelf life or expiration of Bedrock products?

Bedrock products are best used within 6 months of opening. Because our formulas are made with plant-based oils, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to genuinely love your Bedrock products.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, email hello@bedrockskin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of why the product didn’t work for you

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Are your products safe for babies? Safe during pregnancy or nursing?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin, and many customers use Bedrock products during pregnancy or for babies.

That said, every body is different. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have questions about specific ingredients.

Is Freshstick a good deodorant for kids?

Yes. Freshstick is a gentle, natural deodorant for kids, especially those with sensitive skin.

  • No baking soda

  • No artificial colors or synthetic fragrances

  • Paper tube and plant-based ingredients

Many families choose Freshstick as a better alternative to conventional deodorants.

What's the difference between Bedrock Balm and Porefector?

Bedrock Balm is a zinc-based redness calming cream for face, hands, and body. Customers use it as:

  • A barrier cream

  • An overnight sleeping cream

  • A soothing cream for redness, irritation, itchiness

Porefector is a targeted blemish cream designed to:

  • Minimize the appearance of pores

  • Calm blemishes and breakouts

  • Reduce the look of red or oily skin

  • Soothe visible acne marks and ingrown hairs

While both contain zinc oxide, they are formulated for different skin concerns and can be used together.

Can I use Porefector and Freshstick at the same time? Is too much zinc a thing?

Topical zinc oxide is widely used across multiple products (including sunscreens applied head-to-toe). Based on available research and what we can find, there’s no evidence that using multiple zinc-based topical products is harmful.

Many of us at Bedrock use:

  • Freshstick on underarms

  • Porefector on blemishes or pores

  • Bedrock Balm to calm redness

If you have specific medical concerns, always check with your healthcare provider.

What makes Bedrock protection cream different than other zinc products out there?

Not all zinc products are created equal.

Many conventional zinc creams contain ingredients like: methylparaben, cetostearyl alcohol, cetomacrogol 1000, liquid paraffin, mineral oil, white wax or vaseline petrolatum, titanium dioxide, steareth-20, colloidal sulfur, cetyl alcohol, imidazolidinyl urea,  or propylparaben. 

  • Petrolatum or mineral oil

  • Parabens

  • Synthetic emulsifiers

  • Titanium dioxide

Bedrock products contain none of those.

Instead, our zinc-based formulas are:

  • Plant-based

  • Cruelty-free + Leaping Bunny Certified

  • Made with non-nano zinc oxide

  • Crafted with nourishing botanical oils

  • Made in the USA

We include none of those. We also always list the zinc oxide percentage on every product.

Where do you source your materials?

Our products are manufactured in a USA-based lab, then shipped to Bend, Oregon, where they are packaged and sent to customers.

Our manufacturing process includes:

  • A 7-day quality assurance process

  • Verification of color, viscosity, scent, and pH

  • Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every ingredient

Where do you ship to?

The USA and Canada.

What are your delivery options?

All orders ship with USPS. Orders take 1-2 business days to process, and then the delivery window begins. USA orders ship standard.
